Casey Hetman

Graduating from the of University of Toronto Department of Geology, he is a registered professional geoscientist in British Columbia, Ontario and the Northwest Territories / Nunavut and is a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

Casey has undertaken field investigations in more than 20 countries, at over 50 different mining operations. These investigations have involved the detailed examination of drillcores, outcrops and mining exposures combined with the reviews of various data sets including petrography, geophysics and grade data. 3D geology models are developed for the purpose of guiding and directing exploration, evaluation and mine planning activities. Due diligence exercises and geological audits are routinely undertaken as well as the development of technical training programs for on-site teams.

In addition to economic geology Casey is actively involved in research and development and he regularly participates in geology conferences and delivers technical presentations and short courses on kimberlite geology internationally.
