Securities regulators worldwide require public companies investing in mineral projects to disclose specific technical information. To increase reporting relevancy, accuracy, and transparency at a global level, the Committee for Mineral Reserves International Reporting Standards (CRIRSCO) is developing an international reporting template. This encompasses—but does not override—the reporting guidelines of CRIRSCO’s members, the national mineral reserve reporting organizations of Australia, Canada, the USA, Chile, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Western Europe.

Our consultants have a thorough understanding of disclosure requirements worldwide and are qualified to prepare independent technical reports under many international jurisdictions. By assessing material factors influencing performance and using structured validation and verification procedures to confirm data integrity, we develop balanced and reliable accounts of mineral assets and companies. Our reports provide appropriate assurances with respect to technical feasibility and economic viability while meeting local and international standards at all stages of exploration and mining.

SRK is recognized as a leading global technical reporting consultancy. In terms of RSC Mining and Mineral Exploration’s worldwide tracking of technical reports, between January 2013 and October 2014 our multidisciplinary teams of consultants certified almost twice as many reports as our nearest rival. We serve clients in key markets such as the Australian Securities, Singapore and Toronto Venture Exchanges and the Hong Kong, Johannesburg, London, New York, and Toronto stock exchanges.
